I made it. Now its time to work on maintenance. I want to incorporate working out into my routine for a great 2010. I want to love the body I'm in and feel no more aches and pains that aren't needed. Mind, body and soul in 2010.

I'm finally in a 6 (sometimes). This is my goal size. I'm adding pilates to my evenings. I'm hoping to solidify my size and go for lifetime!

I do pretty well during the week, but after weigh in I pig out and sabatoge the two to three pounds I seem to lose each week. So I'm yo-yoing, but I think I've finally come to the conclusion that there are consequences for overeating that can't be avoided. I know...not rocket science, but it takes a few days to catch up with me, so I didn't recognize the cycle for several weeks.
