Sono alta 1.65 per 47 kg, non vorrei perdere peso ma piuttosto modificare quelle abitudini alimentari che sono dannose per il mio corpo e a cui purtroppo è difficile rinunciare... ci tengo anche perché non faccio praticamente nessun tipo di attività fisica e comincio a notare la comparsa di cellulite e smagliature.. tutti i consigli sono bene accetti!!😊
