Nasi goreng tahu wkwk , tahu secukupnya , 2 butir telur, daun bawnag iris tipis2. lada, royco, garam, micin, kecap manis dikit... pake minyak secukupnya.. orak arik sampai hancur.. masukin kol iris tipis2, masukin cabe secukupnya.. tambah air dikit aja...

hari ini memulai tanpa/kurangi nasi putih.. karbo dr syur2an, protein dr telur/tempe/tahu/daging.. sprti kata dr zaidul akbar an ade rai.. kurangi karbo sederhana.
