retornando hoje,após longo processo de perca de peso me perdi achando que estava curada da obesidade.
eliminei 50k
hoje retorno com um reganho de 25k
estou triste, mas feliz por recomeçar,não é fácil.
agora meu objetivo será perder 25 a 30 k e ir pra casa dos 65k onde sempre foi meu objetivo.
até dezembro espero poder compartilhar aqui essa conquista.

voltando a dividir com vcs minha alimentação.
cheguei no objetivo de 70 kilos .
mas retornei aos 75 kilos depois de algumas jacadas.
Mas vamos lá sem desistir, e eliminar esses 5 kilos de forma saudável.
hoje irei me pesar e vou atualizar aqui.
