Target 3 bulan turun 10kg tpi realitanya cuma turun 2kg, tpi baju udh lebih nyaman dipake, dan lingkar perut berkurang 3cm, makan nasi cuma siang sama malem oalhraga workout growthwithjo,

Start 2 Mei sampai sekarang baru dua kilo turun, huhu, sedih, rasanya pengen give up makan udh di angka BMR malah kadang ngitung kalorinya dilebihin takut salah itung, olahraga 3-4kali seminggu pilates sama workout emi wong, yg bikin tetep semangat emang postingan temen" di FS ini, masya Allah, semalem udh sedih bgt pengen udahan aja, eh setiap buka aplikasi ini jdi semangat lagii, makasih banyak temen", semoga bisa saling menguatkan
