I have not used this app for a while, I have been using apple health/fitness but here’s a recap.
Started January 2024 at around 175ish (not sure) but have steadily become more active (thanks to my awesome girlfriend) and I am now 158, with a goal weight of 154.
We have been doing 75 hard and are currently in phase 2. A little summary of what 75 hard is
75 days
Phase 1
Clean eating or diet of your choice.
45 minutes exercise indoors
45 minutes exercise outdoors
Breathing and meditation (whimhoff) 10-15 minutes
Sleep goal 7+ hours aim
1 gallon of water (it’s 3/4 but we upped it)
No alcohol (which is easy for us, I’ve been sober 1 year plus)
Currently in phase 2, which is same thing but for 30 days
