What the heck happened. I was doing so well. Life just went down the crapper for me. Besides breaking up with the bf, we put my mom's dog down because he was so ill, there has been family members struck with illness and to top it all off I can't sleep.

Anyway I have to get the physical activity part on track. I'm doing laundry tonight but have some time alone tomorrow for a workout. I'm going to schedule it in while my son is out with his worker.

I think I need to abstain from men for the time being. My kids are coming home anyway. I'll be to busy.
