wow well.. i had no internet, but now Im back...!!! Havnt lost much weight since my last weight in, i think it was thursday? oh well.. but one thing i can say and Im very excited is that my clothes start to fit lose, and thats even better than seeing the weight scale move down LOL! i was getting a lil discouraged, but not any more hehehe!!

Soooooooooooooo i went up instead of down!!! what to do??? the first day i thought it was because i ate too much carbs, then next day I stayed away from them as much as I could, and still no results. so what is the problem then?? aggghh
