So I'm just starting this diet thing. I am 16 years old and TOTALLY self concious! I have an 11 month old baby(soon to be one). A lot of people tell me most of my 190 pounds is baby fat from my daughter. Well to me you can only use that excuse for so long and to me, my time limit to use that, is OVER!! I have not always been overweight ... I look back at my pictures and I hate myself. I am really hard on myself!! I want to be small!! I don't like to look in mirrors or talk about myself. I care way too much of what people say aand think about me ... But I can't help it! I would like to wear nice clothes and feel good about myself. I hide a lot of me! I feel like I cant do the things I want to do. Even simple things like going to the pool with my friends because I don't want people looking at me in a bikini! I'm looking up on youtube and such on exercises for specific things and i'm going to work hard to lose all my fat!
So far Since I woke up I've had A peice of toast, 1 egg and 2 slices of bacon. I read that it's better to eat little things and small portions every 3 to 4 hours to keep your motabolism going, so thats what i'm going to try to do. I'm also going to try to not eat fast greesy foods for about 2 weeks then take a day and eat something bad ... I know I'm going to be craving something! I live in house where they like to go get fast food like every other day !! A lot of times there's not a whole lot to eat in this house anyway ... So if I must eat out or something I'm going to go to some place like subway. :)
