I realise that I only weighed in two days ago but I am a scales junky. I finaly got under 11st (Yes, I did do a little dance round my room) only 13 more pounds to go ;)x

Well I stuck to the diet all week and nothing, it's like there is a barrier at 11st and I am trying to break it. Today I went into a sandwich and salad bar with my friends and there was nothing I could eat other than lettuce; everything had rice, bread, pasta or potato in it. I felt so bad sat there like a Muppet while they all tucked into yummy sandwiches; but, never mind with any luck it will show the next time I stand on the scales.
