I did it yay last few Ks the hardest to shift so uped my exercise program to intense. Now to keep it off will be the challenge this year especially at this festive season.

well not to far to go now feeling great, looking good, must get to goal weight, as easy to give in now so close. It has been harder to lose these two kilos so working harder on last to. But I give myself a treat at the end of each week. rather than food I think of something I would like in my bedroom as redecorating on a budget.

Well I didn't do to well, eating and sitting behind computer trying to wack out end of year assignments, Haven't been exercising either, next week not much better 8-10 thousand word essay due 20th Nov. So in my defense I have been eating healthy snacks, carrots, hummus and celery nuts and fruit, just not moving much

It is so hard to lose the last lot of weight, I'm doing more at the gym and am still walking. But I will get there of that I am positive and sure.
