Thursd thought.
This one might annoy a few people but it is because it is true!
Where you are with your physique is a direct consequence of your lifestyle choice,
Yes we have set backs along the way and things that effect us but there is no use on dwelling on the past.
Make a lifestyle choice to change what you want because no one is going to do it for you and you can only blame yourself.

Remember that your body composition or the way you look in the mirror is a direct reflection of your lifestyle choices and while society sets one up to fail, you have the choice to make that change all you need to do is admit that change is needed and then take it step by step, day by day.

On Mondays I usually do all the check-ins on the progress of all my online coaching clients and while some never check in or just don't follow the plan,
When I see those who have taken responsibility, put their heads down and worked hard for which the results show I do truly get inspired to push my Physique that much harder and be that much more accountable to myself.

A Friday thought
You might have started or already be on your journey to achieving your goal weight or dream Physique and yes it is hard.
But remember change is uncomfortable and what you are doing is simple but never easy. So keep going because being in the position to diet is a privilege not a curse, keep your head up keep pushing and enjoy the journey through the worst parts too.
