amiches ando con mucho dolor muscular porque le metí con todo al gym. Yo suelo hacer yoga pero la profe de yoga me dijo que tenía que hacer musculación, así que comencé a ir al gym el lunes y le metí con todo porque no sentía dolor ni mucho peso (me guiaba uno de los profes de ahí) pero desde el martes estoy que me duele el cuerpo.
Hoy viernes ya me duele menos, pero pueden decirme si conocen alguna técnica para aflojar el dolor?
todos los días salí a caminar a pesar del dolor porque no quería quedarme tanto tiempo quieta pero todavía no puedo volver al yoga.
