makan bunga kol ini bener bener butuh perjuangan (ga doyan uek).. smgt utk ngurangin bb!!
ini sbnrnya diet sup pembakar lemak, tp karna ga kuat nyurup kuahnya jd dbkin tumis pake minyak zaitun sdikit. ganti paprika cabe rawit setan.. nampoll pedesnya.. bekal maksi hr ini.. ditambah toge dan wortel utk variasi
hriini sayur semua ga blh buah..
