This morning, i got up early and exercised for 30mins. I just about died, but I did it. Feel really good about making an effort :)

Well hello everybody!!! I'm happy to report that despite a pizza binge towards the end of the week, I still managed to lose a kilo!!! : ) I feel good because apart from being derailed by a fatty work lunch, I was able to stay on my eating plan ok. I didn't feel too hungry, and if I squeeze in some exercise this week, I should get good results next week too:)

Day 4: I had a big binge last nite that carried on through to today. But instead of feeling sorry for myself, I picked my lardass up of the couch and did some exercise. It was only about 35mins, and I had to stop three times, but I did it. I think I've finally snapped out of my denial and realised what I've done to myself. I know now that I can't lose the weight and that this is going to take a massive commitment to exercise and right diet to fix long term. Only this time I know I can do it. My first goals are:1) to be able to walk/run the circuit near my house without stopping in 30mins. 2) Lose 5 kilos. When I hjave acheived this I'm gonna get me a new dress!! Keep yáll updated.
