I have worked ut 5 days a week and have been on a healthy 'lifestyle' because it is not a diet- diets dont work. I have changed my lifestyle and my eating habits : D So far it is working : D

I just bought a new pair of jeans. One pair is a 16 and the other pair is a 14. the 14s fit, but they are too tight... i am hoping to get into them soo. i bought them as motivation : D

so i have realized that i can fluxuate from 193-197 in one day. that is crazy! but i realize that if i go to the bathroom, pump my boobs or feed the baby, that i can weigh as low as 193. After dinner is usually my heaviest.... it is crazy. well i am feeling good about myself. i did find out that i have a seperation of the muscels in my stomach, and i will continue to look pregnant until i have the muscels repaired. ugh
