I've decided I'm going to live life the low carb way and not scrutinize on the fat or alcohol. It's just too limiting. I will track my carb consumption, work out and use aids like hcg for an edge, but This is my life, and i can enjoy life, work out and make decisions for long-term success

I really need to focus on what will give me the edge and what will hinder. Sodium and oil can inhibit my progress, so can eating out because its harder to monitor preparation. My go-tos: Salads! Crystal light, tea, sf red bull, grilled chicken, fish, other lean proteins, cucumber salad, apple cider vinegar, asparagus, lemon & lime.
