4 mois sans me peser pour focus sur le ressenti plutôt que de m'enfermer dans des chiffres. Tres très fière en conservant 2 à 3 repas par jour sans me priver, en marchant beaucoup surtout ! Le soleil aide a continuer sur cette bonne lancée!!

hey ! Retour ici, mon objectif est d'atteindre 55kg mais cette fois de façon saine ! J'ai changé de pays pour mes études ce qui a amplifié mes TCA et jai pris beaucoup de poids, cet objectif de perte de poids sainement (rééquilibrage alimentaire et sport) est une façon de les combattre!
