- Breakfast pancake ala-ala (oats,pisang,telur,matchamu,gula diabetamil)
- Lunch lupa kefoto 😅 (nasi,ikan sarden,tumis sawi putih,pakcoy)
- Snack (jus pakcoy + nanas)
- Dinner (nasi,ikan sarden,tahu cina,tumis kangkung,telur dadar tanpa minyak)

- Lunch (sate taichan+saus indofood)
- Snack (Jus wortel + nanas frozen)
- Dinner (Tomyum merk bamboe 20gr aja guys + jamur kuping, telur rebus, tahu, bakso, bihun, pakcoy, sawi putih)
