L'absence de sport, le confinement, l'ennui et la solitude m'ont fait reprendre mes vieilles habitudes alimentaires où je mange bcp d'aliments riches ( pdt,alloco banane, poulets) de manière régulière. J'ai perdu mes repères avec la nourriture, je me sentais prendre du poids,mais une fois la tête dans le guidon, c'est compliqué de se relever. Mon objectif est de réintégrer la notion de quantité et calories.
