Hey everyone.
I'm not doing so well this week. I sprang my ankle over the weekend and therefore have not been able to exercise at all :(...hopefully my foot will heal quickly so I can get back to it.

I have been really exhausted because of increasing my exercise. We are walking twice a day and running stairs too. I found a great place that has a stair casing with a rising of 19 steps going up and down. I found out that doing stair burns a lot of calories and body fat if you are consistent. it's not about the number of stairs you do but the length of time.
Today my goal is 30 mins. Yesterday I was able to do it for 15 minutes but admittedly, I could have gone longer.
At 30 minutes, I will burn 451 calories and .13lbs of fat. I know awesome.

did pretty good today. Got up at 4am with my hubby, we walked about 2.5 miles today. No afternoon workout and did not eat as well but still feel I had a great day. Hoping to get my mileage up to at least 6 mi a day.

Started back walking this morning. Walked about 2 .5 miles. Jogged a little but was really wore out. Did my Herbalife shake this morning, a pear and about 6oz of pasta salad for a snack. OK but for lunch, my mom took me out to Red Lobster. I had the Rocky Top Talipia, bake potato and steamed broccoli and water. When I got back to work, I checked the calorie, My entire meal was about 750 calories. So now I am already over my daily calorie for the day and I haven't had dinner yet. I will just do another shake and hopefully be able to make it through the night or maybe I should do some extra walking so I can get an extra small meal in???
Loosing weight is hard but I am determined to make it happen!
