Slept like KaKa last night. Having some issues w/the husband. Nothing detrimental to the relationship, just a little hurtful at times. You know, life. Not everyone gets along all the time. Had a pretty good walk witht he pooches this morning. Walking for about 30 min or so. There were some deer out and they just about pulled my arms off trying to chase. Dogs are so simple, it's great. Going to my motorcyle class over the weekend. HOPEFULLY I pass the test and get my endorsement. How fun will that be, riding my motorcycle to work!!! I'm nervous and excited all at once. COOL.

Ok so I'm not checking in until Tuesday!!! Yaaay - GGGRRRREEEAAATTT weekend at my friends in Tillamook. We partied, visited, karaoked, rode atvs, ate good bbq, partied some more and had a great time!!! I gained 2 pounds, and I don't care. It felt good to just let my hair down, enjoy good drinks, food and company. Back on track today and re-finding a routine of health choices and weight loss. The dogs took me for a long walk before school to start the day and I feel great. First day back with the kids and all went really well. BEST first day of school I have ever had since working in one. YYYAAAAYYYY!!!!!!

1/2 a good day and 1/2 a crappy day at work yesterday. Have today off. Going up to Tillamook to visit with my BFF, E.V. My other BFF, Teri is coming with us. Very excited and very much looking forward to this trip. Just always so damn relaxing at E.V.s house. Won't be checking in until Sunday. I am leaving all the technology behind. YaaaY

Week one my goal was to simply journal my food - did that. Week two was eating healthy - 1/2 assed did it. Week 3 was to continue on with week 2 and mind my portions. Kinda still on track with the three goals. For a couple days or so I didn't enter my food on the FS food journal, my internet was down. I did keep track on paper, but of course can't find the paper to enter my food. I can however say with certain honesty that I was a good "dieter" this last weekend, I just didn't journal. Week 4 is now upon me, I have los.t a few pounds and am maintaining a consistant weight loss. Slow and steady will win my race. Don't want to get burned out. Goal for week 4, incorporate 30 minutes of walking per day 6 days per week. Should be highly attainable since my dogs are my main walking partners and they nag like crazy when they are on the routine of going. We have walked 3 days in a row all ready so to them the routine is set. Good Dogs.

Down to 202 this week. Pretty good I guess. My blood sugar was 111 2 hours after dinner last night. I ate nothing else and it was 156 this morning. I'm having a hard time grasping this. What Ever. For the last 3 days I have gotten up before the sun and walked my dogs before work. I'm hoping I stick with it long enough for it to become a habbit and not a chore I have to think about doing. The dogs are all in - They get up and pace around the house before I even get up. It is so funny!!! Today they practically took a shower with me as if to say "What the Hell, Mommy, Why are we in the shower and not walking all ready?" Dogs are so great.
