No way! In spite of my period, I still lost 2.2 pounds. Color me VERY impressed. Here's tio hoping that my body finally realizes it is no longer pregnant/breastfeeding/postpartum and works with me to lose the rest of the weight. Hurray! :)

I weigh-in tomorrow morning and I am very curious to see if there will be a change on the scale. I'm bloated thanks to a certain monthly event, so I won't be too bummed if things don't turn out as awesome as I hope.

Note to self: it is probably not a good idea to burn through ALL your flex points with 5 days left before weigh-in. What the hell have I been eating to have this happen? I think my portion sizes are just too big because I swear, swear, swear that I have not been eating junk food. Hmmmm.

I did great yesterday with the tracking. No little lies about what I ate and if I put it in my mouth, I tracked it, regardless of how insignificant a food item I thought it was. But the big challenge coming up? I'll be visiting my folks. We all LOVE to go to restaurants and indulge. I'll have to be on my toes!

I just attended my first WW meeting this morning and I am going to use their scale weight instead of the one I have here. So, I am going to consider my start weight to be 205 since this is what I weighed in at for the WW meeting.
