Excited to see some progress, although I have a whole new look on the journey I have started.I am not going to let the scale determine my success. I'm into fatloss now and not weightloss. So whatever the scale says I'm not interested anymore. Increasing strength and body recomposition is my goal now. Looking forward

New weekly goals: No snacking on nuts nor peanut butter:(
Only one serving of cheese per day.
No store bought lunches.
2-3 days weight training.
Got to get rid of this 80's zone!!

O my hat! My snacks are becoming a meal on its own. And it turns into binge eating as soon as I arrive home from work. On the bright side of this awful week I completed my no diary for two days and extended it to three and Im please to say I now drink my coffee black. I poured milk in it this morning but nah I prefer my coffee without it.I couldnt complete my other challenges due to health reasons. But hopefully next week I can focus more on that. Happy Friday all and have a kick ass weekend!

New weekly challenge: Diary free Mondays and Wednesday, homemade lunch for three consecutive days. MIN 4 days training. MIN 1200 steps per day. Three low calories and three high calories days...one medium :)

Its ok...didnt excercise and had indulged into some not so healthy foods most of the days. Its difficult to get back on track again, but im taking it one meal at a time...
