I have some good days, then I have a string of stressful days that make me want to "have a

Okay, I'm back and serious. I need to lose 65 lb. by August, 2009. I know I can do it. I am now on the Food Addicts plan, which will take some getting used to, but it is very healthy. I can only weigh myself once a month. I must check in with someone every morning to share my food plan for the day.

Okay - So I've been traveling! I haven't been concentrating on my waistline. I've been more interested in meeting my new granddaughter born on the 12th in Memphis. 7 lb 1/2 oz, 20.5 inches, black hair, and a button nose - little Sarah Elizabeth is cute as all get out. Mommy & Daddy doing fine too! Now I'm back and am back on my plan. Wish me luck! I exercised for 1/2 hour, and I meditated for 20 minutes. I had my usual oatmeal, berries, 4 walnuts, 1 T flaxseed, stevia, and unsweetened soy milk for breakfast. I will have grilled steak, salad, and tuscan beans for lunch.

I said I would be committed on 1/3/08 and I have done great since then. I'm down 2.4 lb and am really looking forward to getting healthy. My problem is finding time to exercise. How do you get that foot into the sneaker to go out for a walk? After I'm out walking, or exercising to a WW dvd, I'm fine. It's just getting past that first hurdle of getting the shoes on.
