Hi, You will note that I have not been on Fat Secret Since September 17, 2014. But it did help and I am back at it. I suffered a severe concussion on March 9, 2015 and am now just getting back into the swing of things. I did weigh in at 145 on March 9 2015 - so that's how easy it is to but on almost 30 pounds as I was unable to work out.

But New Year and let's get at it again!!
