Stayed the same, its that time though and I'd rasther stay than gain. I think I need to focus on more fruits and veggies.

Slow and steady wins the race :) Family is still smashing and we have lost 98 pounds as a family so far :)

One pound is kinda dissappointing but I went into a reg store and bought a size 18 jeans. Not 18 stretchy, or plus size, just regular and they fit. Really fit, I dont have to hold my breath or lie down to zip them up hehe. So I'll say phooey to the scale and yea to smaller clothes :)
