So I went to the doc Couse I have terrible stomach aches. So he said to lay of some foods and see what upsets my stomach and what doesn't. So I decided to start with giving up gluten to see if everything changes. And I am feeling a little better but now I am gluten free for the next few months and it is not as fun as it looks. My diet now consists of rice, a little bit of meat and a lot of rabbit food. 😐🙄🐇 Wish me luck. 🤞

Well my throat is better. But now my nose is stuffy. 🤧😷 Not as bad though. 😅 Anyway, I ate so little today and yet I'm like 50 calories under my limit which is a little scarry. And I try to go swimming every day just to burn some calories and today was scorching hot. But I didn't want to make this cold worse by swimming so spent the day in bed with the fan on literally sweating buckets. 😐😴😥 Hopefully tomorrow will be better. 🤞

Sorry for spelling mistakes but if your sick, your sick. 😐🤧😷 It's not covid, just a common cold. Well stay safe stay healthy and I hope you all go have a lekker day at the (if possible). hugs and hugs. 🤗😁👍
