I was up to about 165lbs. I went to see my doctor and started Ozempic on Aug 11th. I find it kind of amazing.

I don’t have any real side effects other than decreased hunger cures and increased fullness. My cravings have been curbed a lot. I still get hungry- and I still can eat a variety of foods, so I’m happy about that. No constipation.

I’m not sure how many calories I eat in a day. I really haven’t changed the foods I eat at all, just the amounts.

Did well last week. Focusing on lots of salad eating and portion control along with walking.

I have zero muscle mass. I was measured at this research study as having 43.5% body fat. I really need to work on weight training and building lean muscle. I really needed to work on that 20 years ago honestly.

Brent and I are both committed to losing some pounds. I really gained weight this past 2 months going off of Neratinib and finishing my dissertation.

I stopped Neratnib and rapidly gained 5lbs this past month so I really need to focus on healthy eating- I think the diarrhea from the Neratnib kept my weight down to 154lbs pretty consistently. I have not been eating well - much more food than I should and poor quality, highly processed?
