well haven't been on in about a week. I've been very lazy about recording my food entries. I have an excuse like, "my baby boy needs me", or "I've been too busy". I'm realizing that when I don't record what I eat, I tend to eat not so good food or binge eating. Recording what I eat makes me realize what I do eat and how much I eat. I have to stop making excuses. If I have time to be on Facebook or watch some of my shows then I have time to take one minute to record my food. I'm not happy with myself about this.

have any of you tried the Apple cider vinegar detox drink? Does it work? It has Apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and hot water
