This is my first time doing anything like this...but I'm excited!

The school year is about to start up again, and as a teacher, that can be a good and a bad thing. There are always plenty of treats for us teachers to eat (bad) but walking around constantly during class instruction and running to get copies can be a good thing. One of my biggest challenges will be to maintain my 6 meals a day (with snacks) throughout the day. I need to make sure that I keep my metabolism firing.

We'll see how it goes tomorrow...
