Hello les gens
J'ai une question, j'ai une balance connectée qui me dit que mon taux métabolique de base est de 1351kcal et je voulais calculer par rapport à mon activité qui est plutôt sédentaire pour savoir si ça correspondait à ce que que Fat secret me donnait comme nombre de kcal a manger
donc 1351x1.2 = 1756.3 - 200 = 1556kcal a savoir que Fat secret me donne 1500
donc ça paraît cohérent mais quelqu'un peut me confirmer ? (pour un petit déficit de 200kcal du coup) 😊
