I entered my daily activities today for the first time. I find this very interesting and probably very helpful. It shows that I am burning more calories than I am eating. Good news...

Hope I can keep the mind set to eat sensibly. So far I have done reasonably well. I want to change my diet permanently; eating fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains, limiting fat as much as possible. I also want to keep portions smaller. I just want to remember that a good diet is essential to good health. No more "diets" for me. I just want to eat right and exercise. Maybe by recording my thoughts may keep me on track. Thanks Fatsecret.....

Went back to work this past week temporarily so my routine was really changed. I was more active; I went out to eat too much, but I guess because of the activity I was able to lose. I knew I needed more exercise, so I proved something to myself. Move, Move, Move.
