ok i fell off the wagon for about 4 days as it was that time of the month and i just wanted to eat bread. I am back on with a vengance and i am so supprised that i lost some weight too....... Must keep going!!!!

I am suprised i lost anything. Had a complete fail this weekend and although i am back on track now i am still kicking myself for being weak willed.

Yeah i lost some weight but have to admit it was a hard slog at one point... THE WEEKEND!!!! It kills me everytime. It is fine through the week when you are in a routine but come the weekend i am 'the woman with no will power'Anyway here is hoping for another week of determination!!
