Loving this number! After a big dinner last night I wasn't sure if I was going to see a loss.. but I did.. so I'm logging it.. because I am so happy to finally see those numbers decreasing again. My goals are in reach. I just need to keep this up.

I am satisfied with this weigh-in! I was hoping to see a bit lower but I'll take it for now. In the next two weeks I am hoping to see 174. My all time low was 143 in 2008. My goal is to see that number by Summer. That's roughly 35 pounds by July. It's doable but I'll need to really focus.. hence the 'Booze Free for 12 Weeks' challenge ;) I'm just gonna keep on keepin' on and do better for me this year.
