Hari ini alhamdulillah tadi pagi makan: nastar, bolu, lontong sayur, siang makan: bakso, nasi pake sup ayam, emping, malemnya: ngopi cantik, makan sushi, ramen. Pas nimbang tetep diangka 55.
Udah stuck hampir 2 bulan di angka ini, tapi alhamdulillah bgt ngga ada naik kalo aku makan banyak, padahal minggu2 ini aku banyak bgt makan junkfood. Ada syukurnya juga si bb aku tetep diangka segini, tapi bb ideal masih -3 kg lagi hmm😔

Cemilan yg bener2 rendah kalori guys! Yg rasa blueberry 1 bungkus cuman 50kkal, yg rasa sweet potato cuman 80kkal :)
