Ok I have lost 1 lb this week, But during my search on a good diet I discovered a diet I just might try that i can lose 9 lbs a week, I found it on the web at www.fatloss4idiots.com, It sounds real good , but I am going to check into it more before I try it.I realy want to lose the weight by the time baseball season start, So I will fill better when My Husband and i go to either California or Floida for our son baseball turniment. So if I decide to try it I will let everyone know.
