Followed what I set out to eating much more fruit and veg. I have tons of energy and feel light and good. My daily calorie intake is between 1000-1600 which leaves me full and light. I eat whatever fruit and veg I want, whenever. I get plenty of sleep and rest. I've cut back on some fat (nuts and avocado). I don't eat processed foods, and avoid beans and starchy vegetables. Mainly because these make me feel bloated and tired. My body is responding very well to natural foods.

Simple salad for lunch. Topped with crisp seaweed. Yummy.

For breakfast I had 401 grams of frozen bananas topped with shredded coconut and cacao nips. It was delicious and gave me instant brain power and energy. I feel very switched on, and will go for a run this afternoon.
