So it's May 4, 2011 and I weighed in this morning to find that I now weight 126 lbs. Diet and exercise really does pay off. I've come to find that all those diet programs they market on tv aren't really a necessity. It only takes common sense to figure out a proper diet and fitness program. Once you find that nice little mix, you're all set and ready to start losing some weight. I still have a ways to go but I am thrilled to see the progress that's been made in such a short period of time. Let's all keep it up and stay on track!

I'm new to this site and actually started my diet about a week or two ago. I started out at 141 lbs and my goal is to reach 111 lbs. At this point, I'm right around 132 lbs so I feel that I'm on track to accomplishing my goal within the next few weeks. I hope to use this site to keep my level of motivation up and also to make sure I maintain my weight loss. I am not quite as concerned about the weight on the scale as I am losing that dreadful body fat. I am mainly eating veggies, fruit, and healthy wraps/sandwiches, drinking more water, and doing 30 mins of cardio per day. Can't wait to reach my goal and it's great to be a part of site where so many others have similar goals!
