Hola!! Hoy tenía mi día de peso y he bajado 500 gramos. Este es mi primer mes y bajé 3,300 kilos.
Estoy haciendo la #nodieta de entulínea. Me va muy bien no tener nada prohibido y seguir las pautas de plato saludable.
Hasta dentro de 6 meses sólo podré hacer ejercicio aeróbico pero no me importa. Sólo con poder moverme me siento bien.
