76.2 , the same scale I used at the beginning, wow !! First time adding a diet plan to my workout sessions and the goal is within reach !! Spent so much on various drugs , teas and potions hoping for a miracle !! Muahahahaha soon!

78.2kg, meal preps working wonders!! Healthy eating, cut out sugars completely with little or no carbs except vegetables!!
