Lots of exercise and good food choices paying off. Haven't used the calorie counting every day, but log in every now and then just to get an idea of how much and what I should be eating. Love this app!

Cost of living, working extra hours in hospo, no time to eat, making sure my family eats first has been hard and upsetting but at least there's a silver lining. I'm losing weight and gaining muscle.

Had another baby 17 months ago and haven't recovered from it still. Went on some medication that caused dramatic weight gain too. I've been a lot more active in the last few weeks and finally feel up to moving this weight. My mind is now ready to change this body of mine! A body that is still beautiful and deserves some TLC.
