Went out with friends to see Independence Day at the theatre, and couldn't resist a few handfuls of their popcorn. Naughty me, I know. But I'm still down, and I'm going to be good all weekend, despite it being Canada Day.
I have such big plans for myself this year. I can't let my big ass get in the way of them!

So many cravings, so little willpower. Still, that's the way it always is when I stop eating poutine, pizza and pulled pork for every meal, with chocolate ice cream morning noon and night and beer to wash the mess down. I'll get through this week, and the cravings will diminish. I actually like the food I'm eating now, fresh veggies, well seasoned lean cuts of meat and fish, eggs and cheese, so that helps.
