Focusing on incorporating more protein in my meals and max 1500 calories per day and pounds are coming off. 5 lbs so far without too much effort.
I am watching carbs but they are still part of my eating plan because I want to be able to realistically maintain this pattern. I couldn't go without bread, rice, and pasta forever! But I can cut down portions as long as my day is balanced with protein and within caloric maximum.
I'm not really missing my toast in the morning and Stevia is just as good as sugar.
This site is great - really helping me plan my meals for the day and stay on track.

NEW START
Going to start counting calories.
Try hard to avoid fast food.
Try low calorie sides.
Watch portions.
Stop when full.
Not too much butter or extra cheese etc.
Note everything down daily.
Try to walk more.
Find some exercise around home I can do.
