So I've been drinking Pepsi again but drinking water all day makes me sick for some reason. Idk. I've been sore, my upper back and ribs, for a few weeks and finally figured out why. Exercising with a bigger boob size takes practice. Lol. Just being honest! Anyways, haven't recorded here for awhile because of complications at home and work but I am sticking to the diet, mostly. The exercise thing happens at home for awhile till I can find a way to be more comfortable.

Well, today didn't go as planned. Got up abt 45 mins earlier than normal so I can wake up and eat before work. Bad idea. No eating before work!!! I was hungry all dang day! Then again, I work around food all day, so that could be something. But normally it doesn't bother me, today it did. Then for lunch my diet decided to run off with the croissant. Not even playing. I wanted one so I ate it with turkey, which apparently has a lot more carbs then ham does. Go figure. But, I put in 7.5 hours at work then walked to the gym, which is literally across the parking lot. Did my cardio on the treadmill, tried doing the stair machine..? That sucked big time. I'd rather run up and down my apt stairs. Then I did the stationary bike. Interesting to say the least. Listening to the tv was way better then listening to some random songs on my phone. So I guess it's time to update my music library for my workouts. Other then falling off the wagon a little today, it's been a good day.

I must have had my weight wrong the other day. Lol. So I went and bought a scale today so I can be more accurate. The main thing I have to work on is my Pepsi. I love the stuff, it is my crack. But, I will be getting rid of it, just as I got rid of all the energy drinks. Not only am I on a low carb "keto" diet, but I've also been taking some vitamins and garcinia. So that's helping some too. Keeping my head up and getting my body to where it's never been before is really hard for me, but it's something I've wanted to do for awhile now. It all started when I got really sick and couldn't eat. I dropped 30+ pounds and I've just been working at it since. Now I can say that I don't cough as much, I'm not nearly as sick as I was and I feel better.
