週末的孝親日實行低醣飲食跟連續運動真的有困難度,只能靠平常日了
不加火鍋料跟精緻澱粉、無醬料,只吃原型食物的火鍋其實很棒,澱粉就用2塊芋頭加1塊玉米或者南瓜取代。
健康吃得飽又不怕胖
