Oh boy. When stress and anxiety is constantly high - and now nothing fits. Self esteem is currently at zero. I'm gonna restart once more and do it 1 day at a time.

Low carb eating week one. It's was difficult to keep to, especially with the studying and tests, but I did it!! I'm feeling fuller, and oddly enough, happier. Honestly the happiness is not even coming from the weight loss - I see and feel no difference in my body. It's weird.
I want to thank everyone who gave me such positive advice and support. 🤗💜 I saw it all, I took it to heart and made it my motivation. You guys are stars in my book!

Losing 0.6 kg a Week
09 February 2020
Keto had to fall away, it's been too expensive with school for the kids and my own. Lousy excuse, I know. But I have noticed, while not on Keto, I'm ALWAYS HUNGRY! I've had no will power when it comes to doing any diet! BUT. Tomorrow is a new day, a new start. I feel sluggish and big. Hopefully this can be motivation.

Fell of the keto wagon, hard. I feel like I'm back to my starting point and I'm afraid to weight myself. I managed to keep my calories per day under control but I feel like I'm retaining water or something. It's been a hard stressful week. But I've done something that's for the betterment of my family's lives. With my contract at work not being renewed, I've decided to study full time! It's kind of humiliating that I'll be studying with kids half my age, but in these days finding work in SA is not easy. You need more. I've paid a deposit, so there's no backing out. And my amazing family has my kids and I living back home. They are so supportive but I'm so scared. But it looks like 2020 will be interesting.
