Just spent 9 days on a cruise ship and the dietary plan was miserable with so much good food to choose from. Hopefully I'll go back to my pre-cruise weight in a couple of days on induction phase again

A little disappointed in myself. Not getting as much exercise as I'd like and not losing AS MUCH WEIGHT AS i'D LIKE

Took off 7 but put back on 2. I think I missed some info on carbs on something I ate.. Back into reading labels more carefully
