Well....I finally saw the scale move. Although, last night I had 3 pieces of pizza. Not good, I know. I have really been making myself aware of how much I am putting in my mouth. At least I am thinking about everything that is going in. I'm really watching the sweets.

Ok, so today we weighed in for our biggest loser contest at work. I started out at 148.5 lbs. I weighed in at 148 today. Not too good considering I have really been watching what I eat and have been doing some sort of exercise.
