ops! Not been well after migraine and did not do any long walks. Idiot!!
Longer walk today from home (Harleston) to Redenhall and back across country footpaths steps 8,745 = 4.2 miles in windy weather. Steps 10,111. No migraine

dog walking and shopping day. Also made a stew. steps 5,757=1.9miles. No migraine

feeling a lot better and have pigged out at lunch time on a chicken curry I made from the bottom line. Now sitting with a full belly, and high carb result. No migraine yet?

feeling a bit better but cold. Took dog for walk this morning steps 5,000. slept well most of night. No migraine so far today?Took one Kalm last night so that help me to sleep. Feeling hungry this afternoon so drinking water.

Still feeling rough? Tired and lethargic. Twisted my (R) knee this morning on dog walk, so cut short the walk. Took painkillers and slept in chair before getting lunch. After lunch did a quick walk to town, knee giving me a lot of pain. Steps so far, 4,700= 1.8 miles.No Migraine
